Residential & commercial

Choose your market

One connected record for every property, lease, tenant and payment — whatever you let out. Here is what that looks like for the way you actually operate.

Residential real estate

One Platform Across Residential Portfolios

Residential letting is high-frequency and detail-heavy: monthly cycles, deposits, renewals, maintenance and a renter who needs answers quickly.

Single-family & condo

Scattered doors across a city, each with its own lease, its own ledger and its own paperwork. One place that holds all of them, and one place your renters go.

Small multifamily

Duplex through fourplex, or six to forty units. Occupancy, renewals and delinquency roll up to the property instead of being rebuilt in a spreadsheet every month.

Apartment buildings & build-to-rent

Whole buildings and communities managed as one book rather than unit by unit, with the lease terms and the ledger held against every door.

Rooms & short-term

Per-room and per-bed letting, with different renters and different dates inside the same property, without forcing everything into one monthly cycle.

Affordable housing

Units let below market under a program. The lease, the ledger, the payments and the supporting documents sit in one record you can pull at any time. Program certification and agency filing stay in the systems that handle them today — RentNLease does not submit them for you.

Commercial real estate

Centralize Commercial Property Operations

Commercial units carry their own fields — square footage, recovery arrangements and the lease terms that go with them — on the same underlying record.

Office & mixed-use

Commercial lease terms, multi-line invoices and the obligations that come with them, on the same record as everything else you own.

Retail & restaurants

Units with their own fit-out, service and recovery arrangements, tracked against the lease rather than remembered.

Warehouse & industrial

Square footage, longer terms, larger deposits and heavier documentation, held together instead of spread across a filing cabinet.

Storage & co-working

Higher unit counts, shorter commitments and more movement per period. RentNLease carries the agreements, the billing and the record — not gate access or desk booking.

On the roadmap — not available today

One Platform for Multiple Asset Categories

A rentable asset does not have to be a building. The architecture is deliberately built around the asset rather than the address, which leaves room for these — but none of them is available today, and none is committed to a date.

Medical equipment

Devices leased to clinics and hospitals. One connected lifecycle for the asset, the organization using it, the lease, the payments, the service and repair history, the certificates, and the renewal date — instead of five separate records.

Construction & heavy machinery

Plant hired by project. Track the equipment, the customer, the contract, availability, utilisation, payments, maintenance and documentation — through available → rented → in use → maintenance → available → renewed or returned.

Vehicle rental & leasing

Fleets let by day, month or term. The vehicle, the customer, the rental or lease agreement, the payments, the service history, current availability, and the insurance and registration that go with it.

Specialized rental assets

Wherever an asset is owned, rented or leased, used, maintained and then renewed or returned, the same lifecycle applies. The platform is designed to extend into these categories as it grows.

Listed so you know the direction of travel, not to suggest you can buy it. If one of these is your business, tell us — it changes what we build next, and when.

The vision: if an asset can be rented or leased, it should be digitally manageable.
