An information site about RentNLease, a property-management product that is not yet generally available. Everything described here is what we are building. Features, pricing and timing may change before launch.
Early access and demo requests
Submitting a form is a request to be contacted. It does not create an account, hold a place, or commit either of us to anything.
How payments work
How rent is collected and paid out is being finalised for the United States, and the details will be set out in the customer agreement before anyone is onboarded. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a guarantee about whether your tenants pay.

Anything we write about leases, late fees, deposits, state law or taxes is general information. Requirements vary by state and locality — check your own position with your attorney or CPA.
