Plans are aligned to the size of the portfolio you manage. Talk to us about your book and we will tell you which plan fits.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because the structure is being finalised and we would rather show you nothing than a number that changes next month. Tell us the size of your portfolio and we will give you the figure directly. Our revenue model is published in full in the meantime.
Is there a free trial?
45 days, deliberately long enough to cover a full rent cycle so you can see a real month before you decide.
Is there a free plan?
No. We'd rather charge a fair price and be straightforwardly in the software business than run a free tier and make the money somewhere you can't see.
What if I go over a limit?
We prompt you and you add capacity — we don't quietly bill you for an upgrade you didn't choose, and we never block your tenants from paying rent.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep read access to your full history and can export everything. Your tenants keep paying and keep getting receipts throughout.
